re: Password request

Dear Mr XYZ,Thanks very much for writing! Sorry for my slow reply.

There may be a timeout on the automatically-generated password previously sent.

Your present email is still registered in the system, so at any time, you can use the forgot password form to request a new password for your account.

When you have a password that works, please: (1) login to your account, (2) look for the "account settings" tab under your profile name in the main menu, and then (3) look for the profile tab.

The profile tab leads to an online form for updating your public profile.

Fields that are optional or required are marked as such, so please do not be surprised by an alert if you try to save new details without completing the required fields.

The required fields are few, and are designed to help members provide at least a minimum of useful information about themselves, for others to see.

Keyword tags can also be added to your profile when you are logged in, and are looking at your own public profile page.

With one account, you can make more than one public profile. Most users of our network do not need this, but for some, it may be useful.

You can also update your user (member) account details in the "account settings" page.

Best regards, Peter
