When making an offer or request for help, please do not expect an instant response from other members on our site. This is especially important when looking for volunteers or colleagues who can offer mutual help.

Offers or requests for help can be placed in our forums before any work needs to be done. This will give time for others to find your offer or request, and to respond to it.
A general or open offer or request can help you make initial contact with people, before any work needs to be done.
After starting correspondence with someone, it is easier to make a direct offer or request when time is available, or when an urgent need arises
