4. In vitro studies including DPPH, hydroxyl radical, reducing power, total phenolic content, super oxide, hydroperoxide, nitric oxide radicals, lipid peroxidation, etc., and in vivo studies including TBARS, reduced GSH, CAT, SOD, total protein, etc.
