Dear Adejugbe,

Thanks very much for joining. Here's a puzzle (maybe) for you. I learned today about some people in Ghana making a kind of yoghurt from sweet potato. After cooking, it has to be blended into a smooth liquid.

What is the most energy-efficient or time-efficient way to break something like sweet potato down: Slice, cook and then blend? Cook, slice, blend?, Cook, then blend? Blend, then cook?

Cheers, P.
