Experimental studying the capacitive coupled radio frequency discharge in CF3Br during etching of silicon. Diagnostics of the magnetically enhanced capacitive RF discharge in argon, methane and argon-methane mixtures. Modeling of the plasma chemistry in water vapour, CF3Br and Ar/N2/Cl2 plasma. Modeling of the dielectric barrier discharge characteristics in Xe, Ne-Xe and Xe-Cl2 mixtures within the hydrodynamics models.
