Biographical: Yang-chan obtained his bachelor degree in Economics from the National Taiwan University and an M.B.A. in Machester Business School, University of Manchester. Before joining the D.HTM program, Yang-chan was the Deputy Director of the Hong Kong office, Taiwan Tourism Bureau. He also played an integral role in strategic planning and product development for Lion Travel Service Company. His research interests include international destination marketing and service quality management.
