Biographical: Graduated in Physics from the Federal University of Paraná (2004) and Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Universidade Federal do Paraná (2012). He has experience in Physics, with emphasis on Transp. Electronics and Prop. Surface Electrical, acting on the following topics: Transparent Conductors, FTO, TO, Electronic Devices, Photovoltaic Devices, Solar Cell, Carbon Nanotubes, sensors for gas detection, Engineering Materials and Nanostructures. He is currently a professor in the School of Engineering Materials Federal Technological University of Paraná, Londrina campus.
