Biographical: Main Naser Alolayyan, Ph.D , is a management professional and an academic in the field of Operations and Quality Management, and Human Resource Management with a focus on the Health Services Management sector. His 10 years of teaching and management experience in the field of Health Services Management include a tenure as the Head of the Health Services Management Department at the IAHS, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. From 22-6-2013 until now Assistant Professor in Alkhawarizmi International College – Abu Dhabi – UAE. His areas of interest and research encompass: operations management, quality management, operational flexibility, organizational performance measurement, service quality and management, supply chain management, lean service, six sigma, human resource management, and Small Medium Entrepreneurship ― which have appeared in numerous international journals ― and he has presented articles in several international conferences in Spain, Jordan, Indonesia, Malaysia and Helsinki.
