Work: 1. Hands on experience in the synthesizing the Inorganic (Ruthenium Complexes) and Heterocyclic compounds for possible biological activity. 2. Anticancer activity 3. QSAR study 4. In vitro studies including DPPH, hydroxyl radical, reducing power, total phenolic content, super oxide, hydroperoxide, nitric oxide radicals, lipid peroxidation, etc., and in vivo studies including TBARS, reduced GSH, CAT, SOD, total protein, etc. 5. Working with animal models including mice and rats for various pharmacological studies. 6. Hands on experience with analytical tools including Colorimeter, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, TLC technique, and HPLC.
