Work: My thesis topic, Theories of Autobiography: Life Writing and the Desire for revenge, has taken me further into an exploration of all things autobiographical. I am drawn to the personal essay with its weave of the theoretical, the autobiographical and a judicious use of fictional elements to drive the narrative forward. My primary concern is with the quality of writing that os both accessible and multi-layered layered. To my mind story telling provides an excellent means of achieving this.
