Biographical: I have proficiency in various skills that are highly valued in every working environment. My goal is to maximize the opportunities where these skills can be best used. I seek to add value to the work place, hone my skills, and pass on the knowledge and best practices I have garnered over time. EMPLOYMENT HISTORY CURRENT Freelance projects related to my skill set, especially content writing, editing, proofreading, and transcription. Notable among them are: Editing and storyboarding a novel by a Canadian writer that has been submitted for a competition in the creative non-fiction category. Editing and critiquing an academic book entitled, Guide to Knowledge Management, for a Minister in the Bulgarian Ministry. ORGANIZATIONS QA Level Editor -Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) The job entailed review and sign off on thought leadership material written by SMEs. The review required me to adhere to TCS brand standards, tone of voice guidelines, and the TCS style guide. I also developed training material on content creation for the content development team at TCS. Senior Analyst_Instructional Design, Accenture I worked as a Senior Analyst _Instructional Design for Accenture's Learning Services Division. The focus of my job was to analyze, design, and deliver content for Accenture's Content Development Centre (CDC). The courses I developed were for Accenture Management Development Academy (AMDA) at the Platinum Level. These courses are Instructor or Expert Led Tutorials (ILTs or ELTs) for the CEOs and COOS of the organization. The courses I created for AMDA, as the sole Developer, include:  Project Financials and Cost Management  Operations Management  Business Strategy I also developed content for Accenture Advanced Enterprise Solutions (AAES), and the Pharmaceutical Division. For the Pharmaceutical Division, I developed various courses related to Medical writing and Pharmacovigilance. As an Instructional Design Analyst, my responsibilities included:  Analyzing content, identifying content gaps, arranging content in a logical sequence, and applying Instructional Design (ID) principles and strategies  Coordinating with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to clarify and close content gaps and technical questions on content  Coordinating with the graphics team for creating images and multimedia content  Creating course materials (PowerPoint decks, Trainer and Participant Guides, and Case Study handouts) based on analysis and ID strategies Apart from my language skills, I take pride in my capacity to research, analyze, and design content related to any subject. In the course of my work, I used PowerPoint, Word, and Excel extensively. My experience at Accenture has honed and strengthened my capacity to create content, based on pedagogical principles, suited to any business sector, for an international audience. Commercial Analyst, KGISL KGISL provides IT enabled services to various clients in the US. In my capacity of Commercial Analyst, I served the company in various roles, the primary one being Editor. I conducted extensive web-based research to ensure that the details in the transcripts were factual and accurate. I also transcribed in-depth financial data related to Earnings of the companies registered on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). At KGISL I also had the opportunity to transcribe interviews for The Wall Street Reporter and Wall Street Journal. Systems Executive, Trinity Infoway In the capacity of Editor, I had to proofread and edit technical articles that dealt with cutting-edge technology. As an Instructional Designer, I contributed to the process of mapping content and converting WBT (Web Based Training) modules to ILT (Instructor Led Training) units. I also had to ensure that the quality of the materials in terms of style requirements and content flow was maintained. I believe that I was instrumental in helping the company maintain a level of consistency in the quality of their final deliverables.
