Work: Characterization of doped Diamond thin Film
Biographical: Current Status Research Associate, I am currently working on the “Properties, Growth and Applications of Diamond” with Dr. Ejaz Ahmed as Research Associate at Department of Physics, Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan Pakistan. Ph.D. Scholar, (Thesis has been submitted and is in the process of evaluation) Department of Physics, Bahauddin Zakariya University, Multan, Pakistan Educational Qualification Ph.D. (PHYSICS) 2008-2013 Bahauddin Zakaryia University, Multan APPLIED PLASMA 2010 Uppsala University, Sweden Material structure analysis by SEM and TEM 2010 Uppsala University, Sweden M. PHIL (PHYSICS) 2003-2006 Bahauddin Zakaryia University, Multan M. SC (PHYSICS) 1989-1990 Bahauddin Zakaryia University, Multan Title of Dissertations Ph.D. Thesis: An investigation into the properties of nano crystalline diamond thin films grown by HFCVD system M. Phil. Thesis: Calculation of Short range ordering in Ni-Rh, Ni-Pd & Cu-Rh alloys AWARDS/HOUNORS  4th Position in .M.Sc. Department of Physics, B.Z.University Multan (1990).  British Government Award under linkage Program between B.Z.University, Multan and University of Bradford, Bradford, U.K. (1993-1994).  6 months Research Visit to Uppsala University, Sweden, February 20, 2010 to August 24, 2010 awarded by Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (HEC Overseas Scholarship under International Research Initiative Program (IRSIP) Research Experience In 2010 the higher education Commission of Pakistan granted me 6 months scholarship to get theoretical activities by constructing models of diamond surface, and at the same time to learn about the specific DFT methods for the calculations from Uppsala University, Sweden. Here I was a member of Material Chemistry. My research area was material surface termination on surface reactivity and growth and quantum chemical calculations. This research was most strongly connected to two different European Networks. Experimental work: Effect of Boron, nitrogen and oxygen on the properties of diamond by HFCVD system were also done in parallel DFT calculation. Working Experiences  Research Associate, Lab. Work and class Teaching, Department of Physics Bahauddin. Zakariya, University, Multan, Pakistan, September 20, 2000 to date.
