Work: I am interested in working with individuals and organizations focused primarily on social and health related issues. I use audio and visual methods to create videos, documentaries, photo ethnographies and multi-media projects that provide a holistic understanding and that promote further discussion and community based activism. Education: Bachelor of Arts degree at Idaho State University MAJOR: Mass Communications emphasis in photography MINOR: Anthropology emphasis in Visual And Cultural Anthropology Experience Summary: Five years experience as a Producer, Director, Video Editor, and Videographer Five years experience as multi-media specialists including the use of audio, video, and photography in field research. Six Years experience as a, visual ethnographer focusing on the lived experience of chronic illness and on documentaries that pertain to social issues. Seven years experience as a, photographer focusing on Documentary photography pertaining to social issues and photojournalism. Software Knowledge: Final Cut Pro, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Macromedia Flash, Dreamweaver, and HyperResearch (a qualitative research program).
