About the Research Cooperative - the network is not just for science students, it is for any person who wishes to write and publish work that is based on research. An artist might want to study a particular historical artist, and then write about that person in a formal publication. A rural development student might want to begin writing about rural development in their own country for an international agricultural development journal. In all situations, it is useful to have other people read and comment on our work before it is published, and often our work is rejected and has to be improved by further research, or by revision of the structure and style. This can be expensive if we depend on professional paid editors and translators. It can cost nothing if we have friends or colleagues who are interested in the same subject and are willing to offer help. The Research Cooperative is designed to help anyone develop and use their writing skills to publish research.... but this depends on members talking to each other, not to the site administrator!
