Work: The Association has the following aims • Researching, studying and carrying out development cooperation projects in the field of health, agriculture, food farming, processing and research, environment, infrastructure, social services, legal assistance, education and youth development, culture, training and development planning, in order to support local institutions, in collaboration and coordination of the local authorities, the field missions, the donors, the NGOs, the International Organizations and other agencies. • Recruiting, hiring and deploying experts and personnel for carrying out development projects. • Promoting initiatives, supporting in Albania and abroad financing for projects and voluntary support. • Recruiting and training volunteers for development projects. • Promoting development education activities of information dissemination and awareness in Albania and overseas addressed especially to the young people • Promoting activities of legal consultancy and assistance for the most marginalized and vulnerable groups of the population to protect and exert their rights sanctioned by law as well as free legal assistance for the low income socio-economic groups throughout the legal process trials at national and international level, in case they are accused and damaged in order to guarantee their right of legal defence and assistance against central and local public administration. • Researching, studying, carrying out awareness, educational and training courses, assistance in the sector of human rights in a democratic State, with particular attention to the condition of women, female-headed households and minors; tackling issues in the community development, awareness, community education to the culture of human rights and democratic acts in case of violation of their rights and interests; studying the law application in the public administration. • Organizing workshops, conferences, conventions, meetings about scientific subjects in the sectors of health, agriculture, food farming and processing, environment, culture and human rights, whilst disseminating their knowledge and protection, under the current National Law and the European Convention of the Human Rights. • Promoting research studies, activities and cultural exchanges. • Promoting and carrying out training and educational courses with the objective of preventing and tackling unemployment, by developing human resources and fostering integration and access to the job market, thus supporting a higher employment rates, gender equality, sustainable development and economic and social cohesion. • Building and carrying out drop in centres for vulnerable women and children, providing social and health assistance, with the contribution of volunteers as well as interventions aimed at the elderly and people with physical and mental impairment. • Disseminating information, study and research findings on the subjects above, through the publication of reports, data, articles in scientific and specialized journals and/or other publications of larger audience outreach
