Biographical: Wrote, conceived and won four (4) NIH Phase I and Phase II Small Business Innovative Research Grants for the development of eHealth games, in collaboration with PhDs from Stanford; UCSB; Univ. of Hawaii and others. Wrote strategic marketing and business plans, software and graphic specification documents, and maintained validation documents. Managed compliance with HIPA, FDA, patient consent and data storage, and collection. Scotts Valley, CA (2002-2004) Managed regulatory affairs, contracts, employment and other business matters, and wrote grants for educational and non-profit institutions. Executed a chemically validated efficacy trial, and focus groups, throughout the US, with the ALA, designed by behavioral modification expert, Dr. B.J. Fogg, Director of Behavioral Modification Research at Stanford. Buddies OnLine had a 6 month smoking quit rate of 26%. Developed mySQL efficacy trial, and data collection web-sites. These websites included recruitment, administration, data collection, and on-line game recording, such as chat messages, in collaboration with programmers. Managed SQL database development using SAS and other database reporting tools.
