I offer over 17 years applying and demonstrating the value of Industrial Organizational Psychology (IOP) science across private and public sectors and am always seeking new challenges and opportunities to apply the entire spectrum of IOP science, from the individual-level, to the team level, to the organizational/leadership level. The value of IOP science cannot be overstated - by using science to recruit and select employees, design performance management systems, training, coaching, and select/develop great leaders - we're able to benefit both the organizations (ROI/utility) and the employees (engagement/job satisfaction).
