Biographical: Dr.D.Nirmal is an Associate Professor in the School of Electrical sciences at the Karunya University. He received his Ph.D degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Anna University, India. His research interest includes Nanoelectronics, VLSI Design, Optoelectronics and Device fabrication. Dr.Nirmal is the author of many Refereed international journals (Elsevier, Taylor and Francis, Wiley, Hindawi and DRDO) and conferences for his highest level of achievement. He is a Chair of IEEE ED Coimbatore Chapter. He has been awarded as Shir.P.K.Das Memorial Best Faculty Award in the Year 2013. He has received best High impact factor journal publication Award from Karunya University in 2012. Dr.Nirmal is Editor of Microelectronics Journal Elsevier publisher form 2014. Dr.Nirmal also a reviewer and the editorial board member of many International refereed Journals. He has delivered many lecture in National and International Level. He is a member of IEEE, IETE, SSI , ISTE and VSI Societies. . He was invited to chair several international conference/workshop programs and sessions.
