Biographical: I received her PhD from the Institute of Solid State Physics, Bulgarian academy of Sciences, Sofia, Bulgaria in 1998. She is currently an associated professor at the same institute. Her research interests are focused on the synthesis of plasma polymers and their study for application in sensors, biocomposite materials and electroluminescent display structures.
