Thanks again for joining. Please take some time to learn how our network and your profile page can be managed. Look at the 'Settings' under your name at upper right, after login.

Everything I do with this network is aimed at giving people different channels to meet each other, with a common interest in communication and research-based publishing (though of course, they can have other interests, and talk about them!).

Ideally there would be similar national networks based in languages other than English. As far as I know there is no network like this for Japanese researchers and students to discuss research communication in Japanese, for work intended for Japanese-language publications.

We do not have enough active communicators yet to make the network more lively and interesting and useful for visitors.

But we do already have a great range of editors and translators here who can help many people.
