Biographical: I am Japanese but have spent most of my years abroad thus my thought process is Western. I have Masters' degree from two institutions. I started my professional life as Investment Banker but I changed my profession after my Master's to think tank. due to financial restrictions I found myself back as strategic consultant and headhunter. I have lived in SE Asia and Japan, US and Europe.
