Short Biography
I have been the technical lead of Very Long Baseline Interferometry programs at both the Jet Propulsion Laboratory and the U.S. Naval Observatory. In fundamental astronomy I was part of the international team that set up the first International Celestial Reference Frame (or ICRF). I have worked in General Relativity, in particular on improvements of Parameterized Post Newtonian Parameters in the Solar System. My current research interests include the use of femtospacecraft for space exploration, the engineering of space elevaors, and quantum metrology in deep space.
