Biographical: Working Language English Retired from Deccan College, Postgraduate & Research Institute, Pune(India) as Professor and Head of the Department of Archaeology where my research interest areas have been Botabical applications to Archaeology (Palaeoethnobotany, Quaternary Pollen and Phytolith Analysis, Palaeoecology, Environmental Archaeology, Ethnobotany, Environmental Archaeology, etc.). Joining the network so that I could interact with the wider scientific community by way of looking at requests for help or to make an offer of help, publish work, etc.

Which journals in India have the best reputation in India among archaeologists? If you could send a message with a comment on such a matter, it might help start some discussion.

One aim of this network as a whole is to support good local academic publishers in all parts of the world, in any language.
