Search terms (keywords) can be combined using AND/OR/NOT syntax (Boolean search)

e.g. (1) study AND publish, (2) study OR publish, (3) study NOT publish (case insensitive: lowercase is also good).

A space or comma (,) between keywords has the same effect as "OR", but a line with more than five words will use natural language search instead of Boolean: the system assumes that you are asking the database a question, or describing the information you are looking for.
