Languages reported (200 members)
This alphabetical list, prepared on 12th November 2008, is based on the profile data provided by our first 200 members. We previously published a similar list for our first 100 members.
New languages reported among the second-hundred group of members are shown in brackets.
It is still notable that many members do not indicate their own native language, when this is not English. Our system operates with Unicode, which allows many non-English scripts to be presented. Please feel free to list any language you are familiar with as a language for correspondence, or as a working language.
With the doubling of our member numbers (from 100 to 200), the number of languages represented has risen from 19 to 29.
This ia an approximately 30% increase, in contrast to the 100% increase of countries represented. The four languages most commonly represented are English (173 reports), Spanish (27), Japanese (16), and French (13), while 14 languages are represented by only one member of the Research Cooperative.
'Chinese' and Mandarin in total are are reported only 7 times.
