How to leave the Cooperative

[Return to FAQ]

Any member can leave or quit the Research Cooperative at any time.

We encourage members to quit if they really do not wish to have any contact with other people through our website

To quit:

  1. Sign into the network
  2. Click on the "Settings" link in the right hand column of the page, under your name.
  3. On the "My Settings" page, you will see a link to remove yourself and all your content from the network, on the bottom of that page.

You should be able to leave the network and either (i) leave your own content, or (ii) delete all your own content. Our administrators are also able to close your membership and delete your content, if necessary.

If you would like to explain why you are leaving, you can use our online form to 'report an issue', or contact: Dr Peter Matthews (Admin), researchcooperative (at) gmail [dot] com.

Thanks.
