Do Regular members see the embed file option? (Despite not having the File upload module activated for the Regular Member quota).
That might be annoying for them, to see an option they cannot use.
Or can they see local files that have been uploaded by other people to our network, and embed those?
That might be a problem for others who have uploaded files.
