A pile of writing books on my desk

A colleague has just moved into a new office, and wants to discard books to save space.

So now I have a new pile of old writing books, on MY desk:

1. W Strunk and EB White (1979) The Elements of Style, 3rd Edition*
2. HS Becker and P. Richards (1986) Writing for Social Scientists: How to Start and Finish Your Thesis, Book, or Article.
3. W Zinser (1980) On Writing Well, 2nd Edition.*
4. B Bryson (1990) Mother Tongue: English and How It Got That Way.
