For writing, context is important at many levels. We need good working relationships not just to get help in the writing and publishing process, but also to stay motivated as writers.

However, when we think about motivation, "good" does not necessarily mean happy!

In the worst-case scenario, writing may be what we need to do to escape a bad working situation, or to get into a working situation where we can look forward to constructive working relationships.

When in doubt... write!
