To help others help you, you need to give more background information (context):
1. Your general research area
2. A working title for the project and paper you are working on.
3. Your apprroximate deadlines (late 2011? Or 2012, 2013?)
4. What kind of paper you want to write: Review? Original theoretical? Original descriptive/observational?
5. What kind of audience you would like to reach with the paper.
6. What kind or journal you would like to publish in, or specific journals you would like to aim for.
Then you can offer to send an outline of your planned paper to a possible editor/advisor/reviewer for intial discussion and advice.
