Koltzov Institute of Developmental Biology
This Institute, a member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, has a well designed and very active website that appears to be entirely written in Russian, except for the titles of papers reviewed by contributors to the site.
Although I cannot read Russian, I would like to note the site here as an example of what appears to be effective science communication in a language other than English.
