A non-academic, popularity ranking of Bulgarian university websites

The 4icu.org ranking of universities in Bulgaria is based on the statistics of institutional website use.

It is clearly explained as being a non-academic ranking, but it may nevertheless be useful as a way of assessing the international visibility of universities in Bulgaria.

The questions then arises:

Which of these universities might have staff and publication offices that would be most interested in the Research Cooperative? Those that are already well known and blessed with good internet communication skills, or those that are neither?
