University list added

Hi.. I have added a page here with a list of more than 100 universities found in the Philippines (see page title with link at right). Most universities are involved in research-based publishing, for teaching and/or research, so there is huge scope for developing a Philippines network of researchers, science writers, editors, translators, illustrators and others.

Printed English-language brochures are available for distribution to these universities, and anyone who can help with distribution within a particular university can ask me to send brochures.

There are also many national, regional and local research institutes that publish research results and extension materials in the Philippines. Our network may also be useful for them. It may be more difficult to develop a full list of such institutions, as they tend to have less obvious or well-developed websites than the institutions involved in teaching. Help in preparing such a list would be appreciated.
