Here are quadrupole magnets, designed for proton storage ring. They provide internal aperture of vacuum ring tube 200 mm. This gives a possibility to achieve project current: 10 Amperes of 600-Mev protons.Single-circle entrance of beam was projected, which corresponds to beam power 6000 MW, pulse length 450 nanoseconds and about 2000 joules in bunch, with repetitiveness frequency 100 Hz (i.e. 200 kW mean power of storage ring).It's beam target is equivalent to fast spectrum pulsed reactor of approximately the same power.
