The NewRail Railway Research Centre is delighted to announce the launch of the new Master of Science programme in Rail Freight and Logistics, in the school of Mechanical and Systems Engineering, at Newcastle University.
The MSc programme is designed by experts in rail operations and freight logistics and aims to equip graduates with the skills and qualifications necessary to pursue a management and/or engineering career in this field.
The programme, which takes a research-based teaching approach, is designed for graduate candidates from a variety of educational backgrounds: engineers; economists; transport planners; managers etc. and aims to develop students knowledge, skills and understanding in the field of rail freight and logistics.
