Physics of semiconductors and dielectrics." Research interests: physics of semiconductors, nanotechnology, porous indium phosphide, surface defects of semiconductors. Head of the innovative project "Production of porous indium phosphide" Publications: more than 100 of publications, of which 20 articles, 3 Monograph, 11 patents, Abstracts and Proceedings conferences. Jobs: Senior Lecturer of the department of teaching physical and mathematical disciplines and information technology in education.
