Volunteer translators wanted for a short document on problem-solving, multiple languages

Peter Gluck of Romania is seeking volunteer translators for a short list of general rules for problem solving.

This not a mathematical document... it is more a condensation of common and not-so-common sense approaches to dealing with problems in life or in society.
