Perfect word like minded people,Other people are doing that also. This is an Universal phenomena. I think I need a draft for the organization first and then move forward with near and dear ones. How to structure an organization for this purpose? I mean ground work.

I am planning to form an organization with self finance. Shall I begin from Dhaka with arranging seminar and symposium or shall I visit those places where people are suffering of hunger and poverty. How can I raise consciousness and involvement of rich people in this organization..
