The organization is dedicated to implement the life saving Highway Rescue Project. The main objective of the project is to provide lifesaving medical aid to those people who get injured during accidents in the National Highways. The area of operation of the organization is from Delhi to Dehradun, covering 282 kms of National Highway which passes through three States namely Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. The duties assigned to me include making strategies and to ensure implementation of these strategies to ascertain smooth working of the project. I also coordinate with the Stakeholders like Hospitals, Police Stations and Ambulance Providers. Around three years of work experience as JUNIOR CONSULTANT in assignments focusing on social sectors and rural development from May, 2005 till April 2008 in Agricultural Finance Corporation Ltd. at its Northern Regional Office, New Delhi in close collaboration with Government Organizations, Non-Government Organizations and rural communities in various States particularly Haryana, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand & Rajasthan. Areas of interest include: capacity building, participatory methodology and monitoring and evaluation of social and rural development projects. THE AGRICULTURAL FINANCE CORP. LTD. AFC is a premier consultancy organization in the country established in April, 1968. It provides consultancy services in the field of Agriculture and Rural Development to several State Govts, Ministries of Govt. of India and Public Sector Undertakings.
