About Private Notes and "Following"
The Private Notes system used by the only allows a member to send a private note to a "follower" - this prevents us from being spammed by members we are not following.
The Private Notes tab is in the submenu under your username, and can only be seen after you have logged in.
If you press the green 'follow' button (on another person's page) to follow another member, and the other person accepts, then both of you can follow and send private notes to each other.
