Advisory panel added to every profile page

Today I discovered (in the Ning Network Creators network) how to add a text box at the top of every member' profile page (by using custom code in the administration tool box). I have used this to create an 'Admin. Advisory' panel for information that may be important for every member of our network.

Below are the current and previous Advisory texts. Future advisories will introduce a note on the history of our network , use of the Invite Colleagues link at right. The advisory should never be longer than the present 3-4 lines, so that it does not interfere too much with the profile page appearance. Alternating with noticeably shorter and longer versions (e.g. 2 vs 4 lines) may help to catch attention.
