Dear Nopparat,
Are you at theRitsumeikan campus in Kyoto or the new campus in Osaka?
Back in the 1970s, the former director of the museum where I work (Tadao Umesao, National Museum of Ethnology) started writing about the knowledge economy... he was very much interested in organizational culture and knowledge, but published mainly in Japanese. Nevertheless, our libary might be useful for you - it is one of the largest foreign language libraries in Kansai. One of our recently retired staff, Prof. Nakamaki, also worked on the theme of business anthropology, which is more or less the same thing as studying organizational culture.
Thanks for joining our network.
