Here are RF amplifiers, which are used at the first part of MMF accelerator at frequency 198.2 MHz in the preliminary cascade.
At the left side 'old' lamp: tetrode GI-51A, output pulsed power 300 kW /max.average 30 kW/ at maximum anode voltage 35 kV.
At the right side 'new' lamp of easier construction and better amplification koefficient: triode GI-57A with pulsed output power 400 kW at the same maximum anode voltage.
Both types in the past were used at military far range ballistic missiles detection radars of phase-grid type, where they work at 25 Hz providing range 6000 kilometers.
Internal structure is licensed.
