Working experience Sonia Ben Younes has assured the teaching of the practicum of many courses such as : Biotechnology Cell and Tissue, Valorization products and by-products of animal origin, Molecular Biology, Molecular Biotechnology, Introduction to Biomolecules of interest, Structural Biochemistry and Cell Biology. 4. Research interests Since 2004, Sonia Ben Younes has focused her research on the improvement and the production of fungal laccase, on the purification and characterization of this enzyme and at developing new tools and technologies for biological treatment of pollutants. More recently (2011) this expertise was expanded to treat synthetic dyes, real effluent in erlenmeyers and in bioreactors. 5.
