I will visit Hanoi again this year... probably in early August.
Just now, I discovered an interesting site that ranks research institutions by their success in collaboration and publishing together.
The Leiden Ranking places the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine top in the world, in this regard.
I wonder if your Institute has had any good contact with this School?
