I'm sending two of my designs of User Profile page for your feedback. Please have a look if those could fit your requirement.
 
Also please have a look at the new User Icon, which I've reduced to 150 Pixels (3.91 CM). The current users icons in the All Profile page are of size 250 pixels (6.61 CM).

I would like to see how the profile page appears when the Profile data (Location etc.) appears at the top of page, and "Latest Activity" in the left hand column.
